Applications are open to individuals and organisations from CIS countries or operating in CIS markets. There is no restriction on nationality. Applicants must submit work completed or ongoing in the relevant calendar year.

The entry fee is £99.00 per category. Some categories are free to enter — this is indicated in the category description. You may submit for multiple categories and pay in a single transaction.

Fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

Each entry is evaluated by independent jury members — recognised industry experts. Jury members sign a declaration of no conflict of interest. No commercial influence on results is permitted. Judging criteria are detailed in each category description.

Results are published on cisawards.org and communicated to all participants by email. Exact announcement dates are listed on the award page timeline.

By submitting an application, the participant grants CIS Awards the right to publish their name, company, brief description and photo on the site and in promotional materials for award coverage purposes.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
